The program is led by Lisa Hoffman, Executive Director of Pathstones. Lisa brings decades of leadership experience in senior living, including her previous roles as Senior Director and Senior Vice President at LeadingAge PA. She has also held financial and operational leadership positions at Phoebe in Allentown and Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Lisa holds a BA in Management and an MBA with a healthcare concentration from DeSales University. A Nazareth resident, she is committed to expanding the reach and impact of Pathstones while maintaining the financial sustainability and integrity of the program.
